One of Nigel’s specialities is FOWLERS CHEESE made in Earlswood by the oldest cheese making family in the England. They can trace their lineage back to 1650 and possibly beyond. Weekends you can sample the cheeses. Caffeine free colas, elderflower drinks, fabulous hot chocolate drinks, fruit teas are just a few of the items on offer.
